Registration & Immunizations
Whether you’re a new neighbor or just starting school, we’re happy to welcome new members to the Blanket ISD family. Please give us a call if you have any questions about our registration process.
Required Documentation
To register a student at one of our schools, please stop by the office to complete a registration packet. Be prepared to provide your personal and emergency contact information and bring the following documentation:
- Birth certificate
- Proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, home title, etc.)
- Immunization record
- Unofficial transcript or report cards
- Withdrawal slips from former school (if applicable)
- Copy of custody documentation (if applicable)
Transfer Students
Blanket ISD welcomes transfer students. Students who live outside of the Blanket Independent School District are welcome to apply to attend school at Blanket ISD at no transfer fee cost. For more information, please see our transfer policy and transfer application.
