Does my son or daughter need a physical to play sports?

Yes. We take our athletes’ safety very seriously. All participants must complete a physical their first year of junior high competition and during their first and third years of high school competition. During the alternate years, we require our athletes to complete a health appraisal form, which may prompt us to request a complete physical. Learn more and find forms on our High School Athletics and Junior High Athletics pages.
